First course (choose one)

• Tailors’ favorite salad of mixed greens, roasted vegetables, fruits, pecans
• Sweet potato soup with curried apples
• Bruschetta with fresh mozzarella with an Oolong balsamic glaze
• Pork meatballs cooked in apple spice tea served with tzatziki

Our appetizer teas: Hot cinnamon spice or Cold raspberry apple

Second course (choose one)

• Saffron polenta towers of sautéed spinach, hummus, roasted red peppers, & mushrooms served with a light cream sauce
• Butternut squash raviolis in a maple butter cream sauce with spinach, sage, & tomatoes
• Chicken breast with a brandy pear sauce served with green tea risotto
• Shepherd’s Pie – a lamb stew topped with creamy mashed potatoes
• Beet-braised cod served with green tea risotto

All entrees served with a savory scone
